Information we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the business contact and shipment information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email, phone number, route, cargo details, and message.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review and respond to inquiries, prepare shipment quotations, and communicate about requested logistics services.

Form processing

Website forms are processed by an external form-delivery service so the inquiry can be delivered to SHL. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Website analytics

If you accept analytics, we record anonymous visit activity to understand which pages are useful: the pages and sections you view, buttons and links you click, how long you stay, your approximate location (country, region and city, based on your network, never GPS), your device, browser and operating system, and how you reached the site. A random identifier stored in your browser links your visits together. We do not record your name, email address, IP address, or anything you type into forms. Analytics is off until you accept, and it stays off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can change your choice at any time using the buttons below. Analytics is provided by PostHog. Analytics records are kept only for as long as needed for reporting and are then deleted.

Retention and sharing

Inquiry information may be retained for business correspondence and quotation follow-up. SHL may share relevant shipment details with service partners when needed to evaluate or coordinate a request. Specific retention periods and jurisdictional requirements require company and legal review.
